Issue :

When trying to upload PDFs or TIFFs via the Web UI (remotely) for Advanced KV Extraction, you will receive the following error, “Error while uploading image. Please try again.” However, when you try the same process (with the same files) on the localhost, it seems to work as intended.

Upon Further investigation you will also see the documents are being uploaded correctly, and can be found under \Ephesoft\SharedFolders\<Batch_class>\test-advanced-extraction” folder, however they are not being loaded in the browser.

To resolve this issue , kindly verify the URL specified  in configuration file : \Ephesoft\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-batch\ file .

batch.base_http_url=http\://{Resolvable computer name, domain name or ip address from guest web browsers}\:8080/dcma-batches

The URL mentioned here should be reachable from remote host . If not then try updating this with  i.p address or Resolvable computer name and port .
