Issue:

This wiki article provides you a solution in case you are repeatedly seeing below exception in the logs:

2018-03-23 15:06:35,379 [ERROR] [Thread-30] [com.ephesoft.dcma.workflows.service.engine.impl.EphesoftAcquireJobsCmdImpl] – Exception occurred while custom job acquisition
com.ephesoft.dcma.core.exception.DCMAApplicationException: The job <<Identified>> has already been processed

Root Cause:
Some job stuck and entry present in act_ru_job table due to which we are seeing such error messages in the logs

Solution: 

  1. Go to act_ru_job table in ephesoft database.
  2. Look for entry  <<Identifier>> from the logs in the table
  3. If there exist an entry for same id then delete the row from this table.
