Issue with FuzzyDB Connection settings import


When the batch class is imported to Ephesoft Transact along with configured connection, the connection details do not get imported, and connection is missing on the Fuzzy DB Extraction Configuration screen.

  • The Connection Name, Table Name and Primary Key drop-down data sometimes disappear, even though the Index Field to DB Table Mapping remains.
  • This causes the FuzzyDB plugin to throw error but the error cause is not displayed on the Batch Instance Management screen.


1. The administrator needs to manually re-create the connection to the fuzzy database from System Configuration: Connection Manager.
2. In Fuzzy DB Extraction Configuration screen, reset and re-configure the FuzzyDB mapping.
