Issue:
Ephesoft Login Screen comes up, but no login button is there and Users cannot login.
Error Logs show an Access Denied “PickupServiceBeanRegistry” message.

 

Root Cause:
Registry Permissions need to be configured to allow the correct Service Account Users to start and run.

Solution: 

The following Registry Path needs to be set with full control permissions:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs\com\ephesoft
