Recostar fails after maxing out the space on the C drive

Root Cause:

The Recostar application maxes out the storage on the C drive due to low space and high volume of temp files.

The best course of action to take in this case is to clear out free space on the C drive, as well as clear out all the Temp directories.

As for the Temp directory used by Recostar, Opentext has indicated that the Temp directory Environmental Variable that controls the Recostar Working Temp directory is the default Windows Temp directory.

You can change this parameter to a different path is you would like to use another directory for the Recostar Processes.
