Issue:
If you are not able to log into your Ephesoft system and are using LDAP authentication and getting below error all of a sudden
[LDAP: error code 49 – 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C09042F, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 532, v2580 ]

Root Cause:
Password expiration / user locked for user which you are trying to login with or which is mentioned in server.xml and user-connectivity.properties file

Solution: 
Kindly reach out to your AD / LDAP Administrator and get your password reset or user unlocked. If the password for the user mentioned in the properties file is reset then change the password in the properties files as well.
