Issue:

Customer is getting an error whenever he is trying to Learn file(s) in Ephesoft Transact.

The error persisted even after he removed all learn files from lucene-search-classification-sample folder.

Root Cause:

This error is due to having unsupported file types (e.g. zip) inside the image-classification-sample folder. This folder can be found under Ephesoft SharedFolders\BC{}\. In our case, someone has created a zip file which contains all the sample images and left it in this folder and this action has caused the learning to fail.

Solution: 

Remove the unsupported files inside the image-classification-sample will allow the learning to be functioning again.
