Issue: If you require a new license and your server mac address has changed, you will need to submit a new file for the server(or all nodes in a cluster) and send to our licensing department for new license ( This procedure will create a new file with the latest mac address information.


  • Go to the following path and delete file.
  • Recreate the file by running the full.bat file
