Known Issue: Locked Batch Instances in Ephesoft Transact

Applies to: Ephesoft Transact 2019.2 or earlier

Known Issue:

An issue occurs on instances using Google Chrome versions greater than 80.0.3.3987.149 (64-bit). If a batch instance is opened for review or validation, it remains locked until it is manually unlocked.

Solution:

Downgrade your version of Google Chrome or use an alternative internet browser.
