Known Issue: Batch Instances Staying Locked After Closing Browser

Issue

An issue occurs on instances using Google Chrome versions greater than 80.0.3.3987.149 (64-bit). If a batch instance is opened for review or validation, and the browser is closed, it remains locked until it is manually unlocked.

Workaround

Downgrade your version of Google Chrome or use an alternative internet browser.
