Reporting UI sometimes not accessible in IE Browser

Ephesoft version(s) Affected:

Ephesoft Transact over IE Browser seen rarely due to Enhanced Security Feature in IE.



An issue may be observed on Reporting UI Screen in IE Explorer where we are not able to switch to different tabs. Like: In Dashboard reports we are unable to  switch to a different tab i.e. System Health or Batch Processing or charts not loading in the browser.


Root Cause:

The issue was happening due to Enhanced Security Configuration done for IE on the server which was restricting some of the sites.



a. Switch to another browser i.e. Google Chrome or Firefox.

b. Add URL: http://<<hostname>> in the trusted sites to resolve the issue.
