Web scanner fails to load or select  scanner.




Please follow following steps to rectify the potential problem:


  1. Stop the server.
  2. Close all the open browsers.
  3. Clear the Java Cache by following the below defined steps:-
  4. Go to ‘Control Panel’.
  5. Click on ‘Java’.
  6. Click on ‘Settings…’ under Temporary Internet Files section.
  7. Click on ‘Delete Files…’.
  8. Select everything and Click on OK button.
  9. Click on subsequent OK buttons on different windows to close.


  1. Open “Run” window by pressing windows key + R. Open “.ephesoft” and delete all the DLL files present.




  1. Open the browser and clear its cache and restart the server.
