Either license is not installed or license server is down. &#8211; <em>There may be an invalid Ephesoft license or no license on the system.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Causes and Resolution:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Change in MAC address : Please verify the server MAC address and compare it with MAC address in EphesoftDependencieslicensingdetails.properties. If its different then request new license by sending details.properties to licenses@ephesoft.com. Please do mention number of cores on your server.<\/li>\n<li>Missing permissions in registry : Open regedit and set the User permissions to\u00a0<b>Full Control<\/b>\u00a0for the following Key:\u00a0<strong>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREJavaSoftPrefscomephesoft\u00a0.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Missing entries in the DB tables (i.e. missing default batch classes information in the Ephesoft database , batch_class table) : Re-create databases <a href=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/how-to-deleting-the-ephesoft-database-and-recreating-manually\">click here<\/a>. This applies only if its a fresh\/new
