User can upload single or multiple files using select files functionality and run the batch for those files. Files having extensions .tiff\/.tif\/.pdf\/.odt\/.odp\/.odg\/.odf\/.sxw\/.sxi\/.sxc\/.sxd\/.html\/.htm\/.xls\/.xlsx\/.ppt\/.pptx\/.doc\/.docx\/.rtf\/.txt\/.wpd\/.psd\/.bmp\/.gif\/.jpeg\/.jpg\/.png are supported to run the batch from UI. Upload batch screen creates a batch for the files available on UI.<\/p>\n<h2>Upload\/Drag &amp; Drop File<\/h2>\n<p>Suppose User Application-Checklist.tiff and GFE-Batch.tiff. User can upload these files using \u2018<strong>Select Files<\/strong>\u2019 link or drag &amp; drop the file on bottom panel at the following UI:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image108.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10001.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After uploading the files, following UI will be presented:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image109.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10009.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On uploading the files a new folder will be created with the name having given format: {<strong>username<\/strong><strong>}<\/strong><strong>_<\/strong><strong>{current-<\/strong><strong>date<\/strong><strong>}_{current-<\/strong><strong>time<\/strong><strong>}<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This folder will be created at the following location:<\/p>\n<p><strong>{<\/strong><strong>ephesoft-shared-<\/strong><strong>folder}<\/strong><strong>upload-batch-folder<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Batch Class Fields<\/h2>\n<p>It is mandatory that User will have to set the batch class fields if user wants to run the batch for a batch class having batch class fields.<\/p>\n<p>When User selects a batch class from batch class drop down, \u2018<strong>Fields<\/strong>\u2019 button will be enabled\/disabled on the basis of given conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018<strong>Fields<\/strong>\u2019 button will be enabled if selected batch class having batch class fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image110.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10004.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018<strong>F<\/strong><strong>ields<\/strong>\u2019 button will be disabled if selected batch class doesn\u2019t have batch class fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image111.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10005.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upon clicking the \u2018Fields\u2019 button, following UI to set the batch class fields will be presented:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image112.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10003.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Start Batch<\/h2>\n<p>After uploading the files, user can select the batch class from batch class dropdown and start the batch using \u2018<strong>Start Batch<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<p>User will have to set the batch class fields to start the batch for a batch class having batch class fields.<\/p>\n<h2>Reset All<\/h2>\n<p>User can reset the upload batch screen using \u2018<strong>Reset All<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<p>Upon clicking the \u2018<strong>Reset All<\/strong>\u2019 button, following UI will be presented:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/word-image113.jpg\" alt=\"C:UsersgajendrayadavDesktopScreen shots4.0.0.0_UploadBatch_10006.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Batch Class Sorting<\/h2>\n<p>User can sort the batch class drop down using a sorting icon adjust to batch class drop down.<\/p>\n<h2>Batch Instance Description<\/h2>\n<p>User can provide the description for batch instance in description text field.
