The main purpose of this screen is to show the list of Batch Instances which are either in READY_FOR_REVIEW and READY_FOR_VALIDATION state. Batch List screen is divided into 3 parts:-<\/p>\n

On Batch List screen by default, Review Tab will be selected i.e. on opening batch list screen batches which are in \u201cReady for Review\u201d state will be shown. But in case no batches are present in \u201cReady for Review\u201d state either because of some filters applied by the user or no batch is present in \u201cReady for Review\u201d state , then Validation tab will be selected i.e. batches which are in \u201cReady for Validation\u201d state will be shown, if in case no batches are present in \u201cReady for Validation\u201d state either because of some filters applied by the user or no batch is present in \u201cReady for Validation\u201d state , then Review tab will be selected again.<\/p>\n

When a Batch list screen is loaded, then on left side of screen a stack chart showing number of batch instances in review or validation state (along with the specific priorities) is shown.<\/p>\n

Following three options are available in this option panel:-<\/p>\n
On click of Review option button, user can see a list of batch instances which are currently in READY_FOR_REVIEW state in Batch List grid.<\/p>\n

On click of Validation option button, user can see a list of batch instances which are currently in READY_FOR_VALIDATION state in Batch List grid.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Open button provides functionality of opening the selected batch instance in Review Screen if batch instance status is READY_FOR_REVIEW or in Validation Screen if batch instance status is READY_FOR_VALIDATION. User can also open the batch instance by double-clicking on batch instance detail row.<\/p>\n

Batch List Grid contains a list of Batch Instance which are in READY_FOR_REVIEW state, if user press Review Button of option panel. Otherwise, it will contain a list of Batch Instance which are in READY_FOR_ VALIDATION state. Each row of the grid describe various details like Batch-ID, Batch Name, Batch Priority, Batch Status etc., about batch instance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If User applied some filters or sorting on any column or hide or unhide some column, then this information will be stored in cookie, until user clean the cookies manually or by closing the browser, till then whenever user open the Batch List screen those changes will be shown to the user. The user can apply different filters or sorting for both Review and Validate Tab and this information will be maintained separately for both tab. But hiding or un-hiding of columns will not be maintained separately for both tabs i.e. this information will be common between these 2 tabs.<\/p>\n
Batch List Custom Column feature is provided to put some custom values in the batch instance. The custom values can be put inside batch instance\u2019s batch.xml file through scripts. Scripts can be written for entering the values in batch xml. These custom values can be viewed on Batch List screen inside the Batch List Grid. By default these columns are hidden. But these columns can be added by selecting the columns in the dropdown and checking them. There are four custom columns:<\/p>\n
