Install the Ephesoft Transact version that needs to be restored.<\/p>\n<p>2. Request and install the Ephesoft Transact license.<\/p>\n<p>3. Log in to Ephesoft Transact.<\/p>\n<p>4. Stop all Ephesoft Transact services.<\/p>\n<p>5. Delete the following databases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ephesoft<\/li>\n<li>Report<\/li>\n<li>Report_Archive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Restore the latest backup of the three databases in step 5.<\/p>\n<p>7. Delete the following folders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\\Ephesoft\\Application<\/li>\n<li>\\Ephesoft\\SharedFolders<\/li>\n<li>\\Ephesoft\\EphesoftReports<\/li>\n<li>\\Ephesoft\\Dependencies\\OpenLDAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8. Restore the folders in step 7 from the latest back up.<\/p>\n<p>9. Start the Ephesoft Transact service.<\/p>\n<p>10.
