Prior to starting an installation or upgrade, read the Release Notes<\/strong>, Installation Guide<\/strong>, and Upgrade Guide<\/strong> (system upgrades only). Some upgrades from older versions of Transact to newer versions, such as 2020.1 onward, may require a version “step upgrade” first. Failing to complete a step upgrade, if required, can cause installation issues.<\/p>\n
