The following is an overview of the information logged, and at what time:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All license information (including ID Extraction license expiration date, if applicable) is logged each time the Transact server is started, as well as daily according to a cron job. Refer to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/products\/transact\/configurations\/logging\/license-logging\/#configuring-warning-logs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Configuring Warning Logs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> below for more information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A warning will be logged when you use 90% of your allotted images. You can configure this threshold in the <\/span><b>dcma-core.properties <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">file. Refer to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/products\/transact\/configurations\/logging\/license-logging\/#configuring-warning-logs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Configuring Warning Logs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> below for more information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A warning will be logged daily starting 30 days before the Transact license expiration date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Logging Process<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once a day at the scheduled time, as well as each time the Transact server is started, the license status is checked and written to the <\/span><b>dcma-monitor.log <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">file. The data is returned in JSON.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the license is near expiring (&lt; 30 days), it is also written to the <\/span><b>dcma-all.log<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> file, located at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">[Ephesoft_Directory]\\Application\\logs\\dcma-all.log,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at a warning level.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the license is expired, it is also written to the <\/span><b>dcma-all.log <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">file at the error level.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Logging Properties<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following table outlines the key license properties logged in the <\/span><b>dcma-monitor.log<\/b><b>,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">located at <\/span><b>[Ephesoft_Directory]\\Application\\logs\\<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">upon startup.
