Converted Tiff files count not equal to the TIFF pages count.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-10040-_lxhfinjokqcm\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Root Cause<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">This error may occur if your files exceed the max file path length. The max file path length varies by the engine:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">RecoStar: 255 characters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Ghostscript: 238 characters<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">If the character limit is exceeded, the batch will fail.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-10040-_btapcfgddvyd\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Solution<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">If you are unable to manually adjust the file length, you can change the <strong>PDF to TIFF Conversion Process <\/strong>to RecoStar, which has a higher limit.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">From the <strong>Batch Class Management <\/strong>screen, select your batch class and click <strong>Open<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Go to <strong>Modules <\/strong>&gt; <strong>Folder Import <\/strong>&gt; <strong>IMPORT_MULTIPAGE_FILES<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Change the <strong>PDF to TIFF Conversion Process <\/strong>from <strong>Ghostscript <\/strong>to <strong>RecoStar<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"937\" class=\"wp-image-46783\"
