Applies to: <\/strong>Ephesoft Transact 4.0.5.2 and above<\/span><\/p>\n ImageMagick files fill up the temp <\/strong>folder when processing large TIF files.<\/span><\/p>\n By default, if any module is unable to complete its processing within 2 hours (120 minutes), the module restarts. If any files are still in processing mode, the batch may move into error when it restarts.<\/span><\/p>\n There are two possible ways to resolve this issue:<\/span><\/p>\n To resolve this issue, you can use the LibTiff library to process TIF files. This process is significantly faster than ImageMagick. We recommend using this switch when your TIF files size exceeds 15 MB, and have higher resolution and bit depth.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/a>Issue<\/span><\/h2>\n
