Files scanned by the Advanced Web Scanner do not get transferred to Ephesoft Transact.<\/p>\n
Error Stack Trace:<\/strong><\/p>\n Certificates are not installed on the Web Scanner Client machine. As a result, the client machine is unable to communicate with the Ephesoft Server and files do not transfer. Since files do not get transferred, an empty batch instance folder gets created, which throws the “Batch contains all Non Supported files error” message.<\/p>\n Install valid certs on the Web Scanner client machine.
