This folder can be found under Ephesoft SharedFolders\\BC{}\\. In our case, someone has created a zip file which contains all the sample images and left it in this folder and this action has caused the learning to fail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Remove the unsupported files inside the image-classification-sample will allow the learning to be functioning again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Issue: Customer is getting an error whenever he is trying to Learn file(s) in Ephesoft Transact.
