Applies to:<\/strong> All versions If you need a new Transact license and your server MAC address has changed, you will need to submit the request along with the new details.properties<\/strong> file for the server (or all nodes in a cluster) to tickets@ephesoft.com<\/a>. This procedure will create a new details.properties<\/strong> file with the latest mac address information.<\/p>\n Follow the instructions below to regenerate the details.properties<\/strong> file.<\/p>\n
