Issue:

Cannot see default batch list after setting Ephesoft on Active Directory

Solution:

There could be several reasons for this but the key settings to look at are:

1. The applications.properties under the following setting – User.Super_Admin=<GroupName>

2. The User-connectivity.properties under the following setting – user.msactivedirectory_group_search_filter=(cn=GroupN*) (Case-Sensitive)

Both files can be found under the [EphesoftInstallationFolder]\\Application\\WEB-INF\\Classes\\META-INF Directory

We have to apply the Filter in the user-connectivity.properties file, due to the Max Size limit for roles supported by Ephesoft. Ephesoft will not be able to search for the correct group set as the User.super_admin group specified in the applications.properties file if the Filter is not applied.
