This causes the font capture in the converted documents to be inaccurate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-2035-_ka23bhw7uha1\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Solution<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Refer to your version of Ephesoft Transact:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#post-2035-_14sonic98m29\">Ephesoft Transact 2020.1.03 and above<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#post-2035-_vh695fc3lyb8\">Ephesoft Transact 2020.1.02 and below<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-2035-_14sonic98m29\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Ephesoft Transact 2020.1.03 and Above<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>The following steps are only available for Windows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">To resolve this issue, you will need to enable the cron job that automatically resets OpenOffice user profiles. By default it is set to run every day at 2AM. For more information, refer to <a style=\"color: #333333\" href=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/products\/transact\/configurations\/cronjob-expressions\/\">CronJob Expressions<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"547\" height=\"42\" class=\"wp-image-47566\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/word-image-15.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/word-image-15.png 547w, https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/word-image-15-300x23.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333\"><em>Figure 4. openoffice.userProfileCronJob<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Save and close the file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-2035-_vh695fc3lyb8\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Ephesoft Transact 2020.1.02 and Below<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">To resolve this issue, you will need to manually correct the OpenOffice or LibreOffice profile. Perform the following steps depending on your operating system:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-2035-_l95myhb5pfi8\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a><strong>Windows<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Stop the Ephesoft Transact server.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Open Task Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Select <strong>soffice.bin<\/strong> and <strong>soffice.exe<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Click <strong>End task<\/strong> &gt; <strong>End process<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Navigate to the following location: C:\\Users\\&lt;username&gt;\\AppData\\Roaming\\LibreOffice\\4\\user<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>If Open Office 3 is installed, navigate to the following location: C:\\Users\\&lt;username&gt;\\AppData\\Roaming\\OpenOffice.org\\3\\user<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Rename the <strong>user <\/strong>folder as a backup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Restart the Ephesoft Transact server.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">This will refresh the user profile. Any corrupt data will be reset.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-2035-_92h1srm0gp2x\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Linux<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Stop the Ephesoft Transact server.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Run the following command to kill LibreOffice:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre><span style=\"color: #333333\">pkill soffice.bin<\/span><\/pre>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Navigate to the following location:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre><span style=\"color: #333333\">home\/&lt;USERNAME&gt;\/.config\/libreoffice\/4\/user<\/span><\/pre>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Use the following command to display the content of the folder:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre><span style=\"color: #333333\">Is<\/span><\/pre>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Locate the <strong>user <\/strong>folder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Create a backup of the <strong>user <\/strong>folder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Use the following command to delete the original <strong>user<\/strong> folder and its contents:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre><span style=\"color: #333333\">rm -rf user<\/span><\/pre>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Start the Ephesoft Transact service.
