This causes the font capture in the converted documents to be inaccurate.<\/span><\/p>\n Refer to your version of Ephesoft Transact:<\/span><\/p>\n Note: <\/strong>The following steps are only available for Windows.<\/span><\/p>\n To resolve this issue, you will need to enable the cron job that automatically resets OpenOffice user profiles.
