By default, proxy configurations are disabled for email import.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333\"><a id=\"post-47358-_tgepff3jm6u3\" style=\"color: #333333\"><\/a>Edit Properties File<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Email import properties are controlled in the <strong>mail-import.properties <\/strong>file, located at <em>[Ephesoft_Directory]<\/em>\\Application\\WEB-INF\\classes\\META-INF\\dcma-mail-import.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Stop Ephesoft Transact.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Open the <strong>mail-import.properties <\/strong>file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1054\" height=\"627\" class=\"wp-image-47359\" src=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/word-image.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/word-image.png 1054w, https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/word-image-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/word-image-1024x609.png 1024w, https:\/\/ephesoft.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/word-image-768x457.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1054px) 100vw, 1054px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Figure 1. required for exchange server?\r\n#false: Mail should NOT use proxy for exchange server (Default)\r\n#true: Mail should use proxy for exchange server\r\ndcma.mail.import.is_proxy_required=false\r\n#proxy server ip-address\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_host=127.0.0.1\r\n#proxy server port\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_port=80\r\n#Does proxy require authentication?\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_credential_required=false\r\n#Proxy server username\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_server_username=ephesoft\r\n#Proxy server password\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_server_password=ephesoft\r\n#Proxy server domain\r\ndcma.mail.import.proxy_server_domain=ephesoft<\/span><\/pre>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Configure the above properties with your proxy server details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>Ensure the <strong>dcma.mail.import.is_proxy_required <\/strong>property is set to <strong>true <\/strong>to enable proxy configurations.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333\">Save
