Issue<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

When processing a batch with the SAP_ARCHIVELINK_PLUGIN deployed in the workflow, the batch continues running for an unusually long time before going into ERROR. The following error message is logged to the <\/span>dcma-all.log:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com\/sap\/conn\/jco\/ext\/DestinationDataProvider<\/span><\/pre>\n
Solution<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps.<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Stop Ephesoft Transact.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Go to the <\/span>SAP Java Connector<\/span><\/a> page on the SAP support portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Download the Windows <\/span>64-bit x86<\/b> version of the <\/span>SAP Java Connector 3.0 SDK<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Follow the notes listed on the <\/span>SAP Java Connector<\/span><\/a> page to extract the SDK contents.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Find the <\/span>sapjco3.jar <\/b>file in the extracted SDK contents. Copy the <\/span>sapjco3.jar <\/b>file to the <\/span>lib <\/b>folder, located at [Ephesoft_Directory]<\/em>\\Application\\WEB-INF\\lib.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
