Ephesoft has successfully advanced to the finale in the categories Company of the Year, Product of the Year, AI/Robotic Process Automation Product of the Year and Data Capture/Recognition Product of the Year. During the final round, the winner is chosen by the readers of the magazine Document Manager. Unlike conventional document capture, Ephesoft Transact uses the support of “human trainers”, which help the solution to validate the correct document classifications. This allows the software to “learn”, enabling it to become faster and more precise over time. The underlying technology of Ephesoft Transact is based on artificial intelligence (AI), specifically deep learning, which is integrated into robotic process automation (RPA). This combination of machine learning and robotics support creates intelligent process automation (IPA), during which smart machines learn from user decisions and improve themselves on that basis. Thanks to IPA, businesses can reduce the error susceptibility of their processes to a minimum, leverage automation to save both time and money, and gain new insights and therefore better access to customers – of course while fulfilling all required compliance standards.
